CR G2 began investing in Berlin-Wedding 10 years ago, starting with a commercial building located at Seestr. 50. This property consists of six floors and spans a total area of more than 3,930 square meters.<\/p><p>In 2019, CR G2 expanded its commitment to sustainability by planning two new green residential buildings, featuring over 58 apartments. These environmentally-friendly projects are located at Amsterdamer Str. 22 and Seestr. 50A in Wedding. Construction of these modern, energy-efficient buildings began in June 2021.
