Cedar Real G Zwei Immobilien GmbH, KG & Co (CR G2) is a subsidiary of the Cedar Real G Group, a real estate company based in Germany. CR G2 began investing in Berlin-Wedding 10 years ago, starting with a commercial building located at Seestr. 50. This property consists of six floors and spans a total area of more than 3,930 square meters.

In 2019, CR G2 expanded its commitment to sustainability by planning two new green residential buildings, featuring over 58 apartments.
